How grateful I am for the two times I was able to spend time with my only paternal first cousin. Grateful for his and Karen's hospitality. Grateful for the time he took to acquaint me with my father's home. Thank you, John, for precious memories. Our love and prayers to all of the Bacheller family.

I remember meeting John when I was in cub scouts. He always had a smile on his face. My Dad would do a lot of work on his house and he was always treated like part of the family. I don't think John ever meet a stranger. I even had the privilege of taking one of his business law classes and learned quite a bit. He was a wonderful man and quite the patriot. He will be missed.
