Dee Mollison "Molly" Juhl, age 78, passed away in Rogers, Ark. on July 1, 2014.
He was born on Jan. 2, 1936 in Brayton, to the late William McKinley Sr. and Dorothy Margaret (DeKoning) Juhl.
He served his country in the US Air Force during the Korean Conflict. He worked and retired from the Union Pacific Railroad after 32 years of service to the company as a Machinist. He was an amazing artist who always enjoyed sketching and drawing. Everyone who knew him, knew he had a knack for collecting pens and pencils. He also enjoyed knitting and wood carving. Most of all he loved the precious time he spent with his grandchildren whom he adored.
He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Norma Jean Juhl in May 2014 and brother Richard Juhl Sr.
Survivors include three sons, Tony Juhl and Eric Juhl both of Iowa; Mark Juhl of Arizona; Daughter, Serena Juhl-Goines and husband Mike of Springdale, Arkansas; two grandchildren, Ciarra and Hunter Goines; sister, Sandra Richmond and husband Ed of Texas; brother, William Juhl Jr. and wife Katherine of Iowa; many nieces, nephews and other family members.
Visitation will be held on Sunday from 3 – 5 p.m. at Cutler-O'Neill-Meyer-Woodring Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Rev. Jann Osborn, officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Springdale Meals on Wheels, 203 Park Street, Springdale, Ark. 72764; Heifer International, 1 World Avenue, Little Rock, AR 72202 or Broadway Christian Church, Council Bluffs.
