Inez Larson
1/18/1926 - 1/27/2013

Inez Clare Larson passed away on January 27, 2013 surrounded by family and friends while her husband Wayne sang their favorite love song, "One Sunday Morning".
The twelfth of twelve children, Inez was born on January 18, 1926 to Peter and Annie Oien of Petersburg, North Dakota. She graduated from Petersburg High School in 1944 and worked for the Savings and Loan Bank while tutoring the doctor's children and attending Business College in Grand Forks, North Dakota. When returning from World War II, Wayne became engaged to Inez and married her within months; September 11, 1946. They resided in Northfield, Minnesota where her husband attended Dr. Olaf College. In 1950, the Larsons moved to Southern California and later Cool, Rocklin, and finally Auburn.
Inez was always cheerful and an absolutely wonderful singer, singing in church choirs wherever she resided. She was a delightful lady who had nothing but good to say about others. She was an active member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church since 1971.
Inez is survived by: her husband Wayne (of 66 years), sons, Steve (Barbara) of Auburn, Ronald (Gill) of Temecula, daughter Rhonda Fawver (Gary) of Auburn, sister Alice Leonard of Chico, sister-in-law Ruby Oien of Placerville. Inez had seven grandchildren and sixteen great grandchildren.
Preceding Inez in death were her parents, seven brothers, and three sisters.
