Paul Albert Sprunck

Paul "Bud" Albert Sprunck was born June 30, 1931, to Paul Gustav Sprunck and Rose Ruth Sprunck in Los Angeles and passed away August 11, 2013, in Auburn, California. Paul served in the Air Force from 1949 - 1952. Paul moved to Colfax, California in 1974 where he was an electrical contractor. He was a member of the Placer County Contractor Association and served as President in 1992 and 1993. He was a longstanding member of the Arts Council of Placer County. He made beautiful artistic frames and crosses and shared them with many people in the community and his family. He was an avid fisherman, gardener, photographer, and hunter. Paul is survived by his beloved wife Mary Sprunck, of 59 1/2 years. He is also survived by his daughter Denise Tidwell, son-in-law Gary Tidwell, son David Sprunck, daughter-in-law Cheri Sprunck, son Jim Sprunck, daughter-in-law Melody Sprunck, grandchildren Jacob, Andrew, Gabrielle, Colin, and great-grandaughter Riviera.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2013 at 2 p.m., at Auburn Presbyterian Church. 13025 Bel Air Drive, Auburn, California. Donations of Bibles in memory of Paul may be made to Gideons International, P.O. Box 4309, Auburn Calif. 95603
