Emiliano R. "Mel" Nevarez

Nevarez, Emiliano R. "Mel", entered into rest in Roseville, Calif., April 6, 2014. He was born in Wheatland, Calif., and remained a resident of Placer County.
Beloved husband of Albertina "Bertie" (Ramos) Nevarez for the past 66 years. He is also survived by his granddaughter Alison, great grandchildren Haley and James, Brothers Theodore Nevarez, Henry Nevarez, Sisters Jenny Rodriguez, Margaret Dominguez and Josephine Aslin. He is preceded in death by his pride and joy, his only son Mel Wayne Nevarez in 2003.
Mel will be deeply missed by a very large extended family and numerous friends. Mel was a man that always left an impression no matter where he went. You could find him at any grocery store talking with all, a regular at every garage sales and he loved the casino. You are now with my Dad again Grandpa. We will see you again when our work here is done.
The family invites you to attend a Memorial Service to celebrate his life at 10:00am on Friday, April 11, 2014 at The Old St. Mary's Church 5251 Front St. Rocklin, CA 95677.
