Funeral services for Beulah "Becky" J. Bailey, 83, were held Monday, Feb. 27, 2012 at the Villisca Presbyterian Church with burial in the Villisca Cemetery. Wolfe Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.

Beulah J. Bailey the daughter of Simon William Haley and Helen Viola (Ruth) Haley, was born April 3, 1928 in Adams County near Carbon, and passed away Thursday, Feb. 23, 2012 at the Nebraska Methodist Hospital in Omaha.
Becky attended school in Nodaway. She made her home there until Jan. 1, 1960 when she married Frank L. Bailey in Nodaway. They were blessed with one daughter – Mary. They included daughter Patricia Haley Victor in family.
Becky was employed at the Union Carbide plant in Red Oak for 10 years and then she spent 28 years as a proof reader for the Clarinda Company. She retired in 1994. She was an active member of the Villisca Presbyterian Church and the Presbyterian Women Auxiliary. She served as a church elder for several years and sang in the choir for many years.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband (1996), her brother Floyd Haley, niece Linda Vias and nephew Larry Haley.
Becky is survived by her daughters Patricia and husband William Victor and Mary and husband Darryl Kuzemko all of Villisca, two grandchildren Dylan Kuzemko and Bailey Kuzemko, brother Mike and wife Marjory Haley of Exira, sister-in-law Virginia Haley of Villisca and several nieces and nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the Villisca Presbyterian Church Choir.
