Funeral services for Bradley Charles Sheeder, 53, were held Thursday, April 7, 2016 at the First United Methodist Church in Guthrie Center. Interment was in the Union Cemetery in Guthrie Center.
Bradley Charles Sheeder, son of Linda and Allen Pierce was born Jan. 19, 1963 at the Guthrie County Hospital in Guthrie Center. He passed away on Sunday, April 3rd at his home in rural Guthrie Center.
 Brad attended Guthrie Center Schools graduating with the Class of 1981. He then attended Southwestern Community College and graduated with a degree from the Auto Body Program. While attending school in Creston, he worked at the Pizza Hut, which evolved into a lifetime career in management of loyal and dedicated services at the Audubon Pizza Hut.
 Brad was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Guthrie Center. He loved his family and enjoyed spending time with them and his Golden Retrievers, also referred to as "The Boys".  Brad was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed fishing, and on occasion taking his nieces with him who ended up collecting more rocks than fish.  Brad also could be found spending time with family on Sunday evenings at the stock car races in Stuart. Brad's friendliness and kindness to all and his devotion and love for animals is a tribute to the beauty of his heart and soul. His presence will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to have known him.
 Brad is preceded in death by his grandparents and uncle.
He leaves behind to mourn his passing- parents, Linda and Allen Pierce, his sisters Brenda Royer and Kim Pruitt (Chris) and his brothers Tim Pierce (Christi) and Jon Pierce, nieces and nephews, Kaitlyn and Alison Royer, Nathan (Amy) Pierce, Logan and Maria Pruitt, first cousins Tami and Travis Sheeder and numerous other family members.
