Kenneth Gene Wolff was born to LaVern Emil and Mary Joan Ihnen Wolff in Seward,
Neb., on Dec. 24, 1962 and passed away on Monday, March 5, 2012, at his daughter's home in Audubon, with his children, siblings, and parents by his side.
His family moved to Sioux City, where he attended school until the 10th grade but he later received his GED which made him proud. He was a laborer and a mechanic before he became disabled. He enjoyed fixing things such as cars, watches, rings and 4-wheelers, to name a few. He looked forward to buying treasures from pawn shops. Kenneth's dogs, Bubba and Jack and grand dog MJ, who took care of grandpa the last few months of his life and gave him a great deal of pleasure, but his favorite time was spent with his family and friends. He thought he had four wonderful children who gave him joy, comfort, and love during this difficult time in their lives. Kenneth enjoyed a mini vacation he took with his kids and son-in-law in Council Bluffs. They had rib tips at Famous Daves and all went to the 3-D movie, Ghost Rider 2. He will be remembered for his kind, caring nature and for helping others who were less fortunate than himself. Kenneth always said what was on his mind no matter what anyone else thought.
