DEARING, Ga. - Mrs. Janette Bailey McCorkle, 73, beloved wife of Mr. C. Ray McCorkle, entered into rest on Saturday, March 14, 2015, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, March 18, 2015 in the White Oak United Methodist Church with the Rev. M.L. Barber officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. McCorkle was born in Columbia County to the late Eugene and Leana Bailey. She will be deeply missed by her family and friends. Survivors include her husband, Mr. C. Ray McCorkle; one son, John McCorkle; two brothers, the Rev. Jim Bailey (Marsha) and Howard Bailey. She was preceded in death by her sister, Grace Bailey Johnson.
