EVANS, Ga. - David Michael Joy, Jr., infant son of Ginger N. Harbin and David Michael Joy, Sr., passed away on Saturday, December 19, 2015. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, December 23, 2015 at Platt's Funeral Home Belair Rd. Chapel with Rev. Greg Porterfield officiating. Burial will follow at Bellevue Memorial Gardens. In addition to his parents, survivors include one sister; Devin Ann Joy, paternal grandfather; Dr. Edwin D. Joy, Jr. of Evans, GA, maternal grandparents; Jimmy and Georgina Harbin of Selmer, TN. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, the late Beverly Joy. If so desired, memorials may be made to the Children's Hospital of Georgia, 1446 Harper St., Augusta, GA 30912.
