We were so sorry to hear of Mr.Carroll's passing. Kenneth thought a lot of him and enjoyed the times he shared with him at F.B. affair's, the Cattlemen's and USDA meetings. Both of us would call him "Uncle Carroll" a lot of times. Tracy said he was Uncle to everyone. Most of all, he will be greatly missed. Our prayers, thoughts and heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family.

Carroll was my dear friend who welcomed me to Thomson many years ago when FSA offices combined. I have worked with him as an FSA Committee Member and as a farmer. I will miss him so very much. He was one of my truest friends and always stood up for what was right. Condolences to his family. My heart is heavy but I know he is in a better place and I will see him again someday.
