KATY, Texas - Annie M. Kay was born in Millen, Georgia on October 17, 1920. She entered Heaven's Gates on December 5, 2015. Beloved daughter, wife, mother and grandmother. Annie was predeceased by her loving husband of 60 years, Henry Grady Kay, her daughter, Wanda Brush and her grandson, Charles Mack (Chad) Truluck II. Annie is survived by her children, Grady Kay, Fay Ann Truluck, Judy Harsey and Gail Trzonkowski and grandchildren Deborah Ann Thomas, Nicole Owens, Melissa Turner, Renee Douglas, Ritchie Harsey, Byron Harsey, Todd Kay and Adam Trzonkowski. Annie was also great-grandmother to 20 blessings and great-great- grandmother to 9 blessings and 2 nieces, Lynn Costley and Patsy Neville. Annie had an unwavering faith in God. She was a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church and over many years was involved in teaching Sunday school, G.A.s, vacation bible school and church choir. The family will greet friends at Elliott Sons Funeral Home, 2524 Lumpkin Road, on Saturday, December 12, 2015 from 12:30-1:30pm. Graveside services will be held at Hillcrest Memorial Park, 2700 Deans Bridge Road, at 2:00pm with Reverend J.D. (Dick) Turner officiating. In our lives, there can be a blessedness in the midst of mourning. From suffering and bereavement, God can bring new measures of his strength and love.
