Freeman Power AUGUSTA, Ga. - Mrs. Annie Freeman Power was born September 14, 1952 in Midville, Ga. to the late Mr. Louis Sr. and Rosa L. Freeman. Annie joined Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church at an early age and attended the public schools of Richmond County. She retired from Golden Living Nursing Center as a C.N.A. until her health declined. She leaves to cherish her memories three loving sons; Marc ( Tara) Gibson of Houston, Texas, David Gibson of Augusta, Ga., and Corey Power of Duluth, Ga.; three sisters, Lula Freeman, Bertha (Ronald) Thomas; both of Augusta. Ga. , and Doris (Chet) Mike of Homestead, Fla.; four brothers, Louis Freeman, Jr. of New York, N.Y., Edward Freaman, Michael Freeman, Kennard (Tracy) Freeman of Augusta, Ga.; four grandchildren, Derius Derhiava, Kaylah and Kourtney Gibson, all of Houston, Texas; two dear Aunts, Bertha Doles of Sandersville, Ga. and Juanita Freeman of Jacksonville, Fla.; two loving uncles, William Wells of Buffalo, N.Y. and Joseph Wells of Jamica, N.Y.; three nieces, Tina Freeman, Janice Freeman, both of Augusta. Ga., and Bianca Mike of Homestead, Fla.; three nephews, Brandon Freeman of Homestead, Fla., Terrell Buggs of Florida and Bryan Mike of Lithonia, Ga.; a very dear and sweet cousin, Beretha Doles of Augusta, Ga.; and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Memorial services will be held at 12 noon, Wednesday, June 8, 2016 at Piney Grove Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. James Reid officiating. Annie wished to be cremated and her ashes scattered at the beach in Florida.
