WRENS, Ga. - Annie Lizzie Stephens Taylor, 83, loving wife of the late Fred Gilbert Taylor, Sr., entered into rest Friday morning, January 9, 2015 at Select Medical Hospital. Funeral services will be held in the James Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00PM Monday, January 12, 2015 with Rev. David Brooks officiating. Interment will follow in the Keysville UMC Cemetery. One of ten children born to the late Lizzie Daily and Tampa Stephens, Annie lived most of her life in Keysville. A devoted wife, dedicated mother and grandmother, Annie loved to cook, fish, sing and garden. Annie is also preceded in death by five siblings. Survivors include her four children, Linda C. Smith (Truman), Fred Gilbert Taylor, Jr. (Kay), Kathy T. Pridgen (Gene) and John Judson Taylor (Betty); four siblings, Lois Upchurch, Melissa Newman (Calton), Bonnie Krause and Jane Underwood (Bob); 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Buddy Arrington, Patrick Blackwelder, Joseph Easler, Raymond Neveu, Morris Pridgen and Paul Smith.
