CLARKS HILL, S.C. - Beverly Rose Lind, 91, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great- grandmother and mother-in-law, passed away quietly Wednesday, August 17, 2016, and joined her husband Glenn in their final resting place. Her memorial service will be held at 5:00 PM on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at the Chapel of Rowland Funeral Home. Bev had a wonderful and enriched life. She was born in Poughkeepsie, N. She loved being outside to enjoy the wonders of nature; she enjoyed camping, spending summers at the lake, and snowmobiling in the winter. Bev held many jobs as a secretary including being secretary and bookkeeper for Glenn's business Tri-County Appraisal Service, and was also Deputy Town Clerk for the Town of Poughkeepsie for many years. Upon retiring, she moved to North Augusta. During her time in North Augusta she was a member of the Grace United Methodist Church, she recorded books on audio tape for the blind, and also volunteered her time at the Christian Ministry Thrift Store in North Augusta.
