Cameron Gary Johnson, 23, entered into rest on Monday, August 21, 2017.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, August 25, 2017 at St. John United Methodist Church with Rev. Mark Maund, Rev. Dr. John Brown, and Rev. Dr. Jody Alderman officiating.

Cameron Gary Johnson was born on December 4, 1993 in Augusta, GA to his joyful parents, Victor Lee Johnson and DiAnne Psoinos Johnson, and his overjoyed big brother, Steven Timothy Johnson. Cameron grew up in Evans, GA surrounded by the love of his church family at St. John United Methodist Church and his friends and dedicated teachers at Evans Elementary, Evans Middle, and Evans High School, where he graduated in 2012.

Those who knew Cameron best loved his sense of humor and wit. He was a musician, a gamer, and a member of the Harley-Davidson Club. Cameron loved his motorcycle and always loved cars, trucks, trains, and anything else that moved.

Receiving him in heaven were his great grandparents and numerous relatives including his maternal grandparents, James Nicholas Psoinos and Anne Walsh Psoinos. In addition to his parents and brother, survivors include his paternal grandparents, Melvin Eugene Johnson and Ruth Goodin Johnson, aunts, Dawn Johnson Morgan (Kenneth), Kathryn Psoinos Chavous (Larry), Joyce Psoinos Daley (Richard), uncle, Jeffrey Curtis Mullins (Denise), cousins, Taylor, Lee, and Abby Morgan, Trey Chavous (Julia), Stephanie DiAnne Bero (James), Timothy Mullins, Mandy Mullins Hampton (Joey), Lilionna, Xavier, and Breonna Mullins, and numerous members of his extended family.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, August 24, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
