GROVETOWN, Ga. - Mr. Cecil Lamar Norton entered into rest on Wednesday, June 10, 2015. Mr. Norton served his country in the United State Air Force for 20 years. He was also a retired postal representative. Mr. Norton was a devoted Shriner and Mason. Mr. Norton was preceded in death by his wife, Teri Jacqueline; and his son, Edward Norton. Survivors include his son, Brian Norton (Cindy); granddaughter, Korie Norton Black (Terry); grandson, Devin Norton; great-granddaughter, Hannah Black; sister, Louise Rowan (Larry); daughter-in-law, Shawn Day; special friends, William Miller and James Robinson (Rachael); and many extended family and friends. The family will receive friends from 1-2PM, Saturday, June 20, 2015. A memorial service will follow at 2pm in the Lumpkin Road Chapel of Elliott Sons Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to , 2900 N. Rocky Point Drive, Tampa, FL 33607.
