HARLEM, Ga. - Mr. Charles T. Moon, 84, beloved husband of 58 years to Mrs. Jetta Moon, entered into rest Friday, January 9, 2015, at Select Specialty Hospital of Augusta. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 12, 2015, at Harlem Baptist Church with the Reverend Philip Vestal officiating. Interment will follow in South Harlem Memorial Gardens. Mr. Moon was born in Lilburn, GA. He served in the US Army as a Corporal and GA. National Guard. Charles retired from Kraft Foods as a supervisor with over 35 years of service. He was a member of Harlem Baptist Church. Survivors include his wife Jetta Moon; two sons, Charles T. "Chuck" Moon, Jr. (Karen) and Daniel R. Moon (Sharon); two brothers, W. E. Moon (Martha Kate) and Samuel E. Moon (Chris); three grandchildren, Charles Madison Moon, Clinton T. Moon (Ryan) and Heather M. Moon. Mr. Moon was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Maeghan Moon. Pallbearers will be Lester Florence, Richard Parker, Madison Moon, Clinton Moon, Kenneth Welch and Brian Hobbins.
