AUGUSTA, Ga. - Christine Bentley Graves, 63, wife of Wesley "Wes" Graves, entered into rest on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Doctor's Hospital. Memorial services will be held from the chapel of Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors this Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 3:00 P.M. with the Reverend Billy Atkins officiating. Mrs. Graves, a lifelong resident of Augusta, was the daughter of the late George and Leslie Thigpen Guy. She had worked in logistics for numerous local chemical companies, and was a member of Fleming Baptist, where she was also a member of the Lydia Sunday School Class and was active in the Homebound Ministry. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Juanita Zumbrunnen. Additional survivors include her daughters and their husbands, Tobie and Jay Gibson of Augusta, and Christy and Stephen Dye of Covington, GA; her sister, Sandra Tucker of Chesterfield, MO and her sister and brother-in-law, Lynn and Donnie Kinley of Locust, NC; and her cherished grandchildren, Gregory Bentley, Corey Gibson, Michelle Gibson, Tripp Dye and Dalton Dye; and numerous nieces and nephews.
