BEECH ISLAND, S.C. - Mr. Danny L. Goff, 61, entered into rest in the comfort of his home on Monday, September 28, 2015, with his beloved wife of thirty-one years, Mrs. Sandra M. Goff, at his side. Born in and a lifelong resident of Aiken County, SC, he was a son of Pansy Gunter Goff, Warrenville, SC and the late Louis H. Goff. He spent thirty-five years as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic with Dart Container Corporation. Danny had a passion for building "Street Rods" and if a family members or neighbor's car needed repair, they would bring it to Danny. He also enjoyed fishing, kayaking and shrimping. More than anything however, he enjoyed going on cruises with Sandra. In addition to his wife and parents, family members include his children, Keith Goff and his wife, Danica, Charleston, SC, Amanda Renee Ergle and her husband, Ryan, Warrenville, SC and Danny Louis Goff, Jr. and his wife, Shelley Denise, Warrenville, SC; siblings, James Goff and his wife, Charlotte, Beech Island, SC, Brenda Jennings and her husband, Otis, Jackson, SC and Billy Goff and his wife, Bonnie, Beech Island, SC and grandchildren, Hunter and Haley Ergle and Andrew Goff and Teagan Walker. In accordance with his wishes, Danny will be cremated and a Celebration of Life Service will be held on Thursday, October 1, 2015, at 6 o'clock in the chapel of Hatcher Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Langley, SC, with Pastor Herb Sons officiating. It has been requested by the family, that if so desired, memorials be made to Hospice Care of Tri-County, www.msa-corp.com/companies/hospicecaretricounty.aspx) or MUSC, Attn: Christy Anderson, 96 Jonathan Lucas St. CSB 301 MSC 616, Charleston, SC 29425.
