James Middleton "Jim" Walker, Sr., 80, beloved husband of 60 years to the late Virginia Elizabeth Walker, entered into rest on Saturday, March 18, 2017, at his residence.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, at Bethesda Baptist Church with the Dr. Clayton Galloway officiating. Burial will be private.

Mr. Walker retired from the U.S. Air Force as Master Sergeant with over 20 years of service to his country, including Vietnam. He also had served as Chief of Standardization for Air Force One Squadron. For 14 years, he worked a Chemical Coatings Manager with Sherwin-Williams Paint. Jim, a faithful servant of the Lord, was a loving husband, father and Papa.

Survivors include his son, James M. "Jim" Walker, Jr. (Linda); two daughters, Debbie Walker Johnson (David) and Lori Lei Lani Ferguson (Wayne); six grandchildren, Bryan Ferguson, Brad (Emily) Ferguson, Kelly Johnson, Lori Johnson, Sean Walker and Jonathon Walker (Adalie); and six great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Matthew Henagan, Leroy McKinney, Donald Davis, Sunny Martin, Joseph Lee, and Sam Rowland.

Honorary Pallbearers will be members of the Senior Men's Sunday School Class.

If lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Youth Ministry of Bethesda Baptist Church, 5793 Old Augusta Highway Harlem, Ga 30814.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Bethesda Baptist Church.
