THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Margaret Wilkerson Inglett, 89, widow of the late Mr. Davis "David" Inglett, entered into rest Thursday, July 30, 2015, at her residence. The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m., Saturday, August 1, 2015, at Sweetwater Baptist Church with the Rev. Ed Rees, Rev. Ken Garvin and Rev. Finley Limehouse officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Inglett was a lifelong resident of Thomson. She was retired as a retail sales clerk, and a member of Sweetwater Baptist Church. Mrs. Inglett was "Granny" to a host of family and friends. Survivors include a granddaughter, Miriam Hampton Smith (Jason), Thomson; and a great-granddaughter, Windsor Marie Smith. Mrs. Inglett was predeceased by a daughter, Donna Marie Inglett Hampton Curtis; two brothers, Willie Jack Wilkerson, and Louis Burton Wilkerson; and a sister, Mary Elizabeth Wilkerson Darley. Pallbearers will be Russell Langham, Bob Bledsoe, Michael Curtis, Daniel Curtis, Steve Strickland, Mike Strickland and Ricky Duckworth. Honorary Pallbearers will be Billy Lowe, Les Strickland, Pete Smith and Russell Richards. Friends may call at Curtis Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday night at the funeral home. If desired, the family requests memorials may be made to Sweetwater Baptist Church.
