WARRENVILLE, S. C. - Mr. Raiford Lyons, of Alex Drive, entered into rest July 22, 2015 at University Hospital. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 29, 2015 at Old Storm Branch Baptist Church with the Rev. Martris Mims officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Mr. Lyons, a native of Aiken County was a member of Old Storm Branch Baptist Church where he served as a trustee. He was a United States Army veteran. Survivors include two daughters, Carol Lyons Johnson, North Augusta, SC and Beverly Lyons (Raymond) Curry, Warrenville, SC; two sons, Rickey Lyons, Aiken, SC and Fredrick Bland, Clearwater, SC; two sisters, Maggie Turner, Burnettown, SC and Annie Mae Jefferson, Bath, SC; 4 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; sisters-in-law, Bonnie Harris, Warrenville, SC; Virginia Harris, Clearwater, SC; Sara Ann Lyons, Bath, SC, Christine Lyons, North Augusta, SC and Addie J. Jones, Matthews, NC; a devoted sister-in-law, Iris Harris Burnettown, SC; brother-in-law, Rev. Cornell (Alfredia) Harris, Belvedere, SC; his caretaker, Estee Lanham, North Augusta, SC; a host of other relatives and friends.
