WARRENTON, Ga. - Services for Mrs. Rolene McGhee will be held on Monday, September 14, 2015 at Greenwood Baptist Church at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Stephen Ivey, eulogist and Rev. Lyndon Heath presiding. Mrs. Rolene McGhee was born to the late Mr. Nathan Sr. and Janie Ivey of Norwood, Georgia. She was a woman of strong faith in God and was filled with so much love and compassion for others. Mrs. McGhee volunteered for The Quality of Life Association and Relay For Life Organizations in Warrenton, Georgia. She leaves to cherish her fond memory, daughters, Elaine (Carl) Anderson, Atlanta, GA, Nancy (William) Milbourne, Millville, NJ and Glenis McGhee, Greensboro, NC; eleven grandchildren; sixteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Virginia Wilson, Norwood, GA, Gertrude Burley, Warrenton, GA, Josie Mae McGhee, Bettie McCord of Atlanta, GA, and Essie (Roy) Pitts, Augusta, GA; brothers, Nathan (Mary) Ivey, Jr., Warrenton, GA, Joe Nathan (Carolyn) Ivey, Atlanta, GA, and Melvin Ivey, Warrenton, GA; a special brother, Sonny Drake, Atlanta, GA; a host of nieces, nephews, godchildren and cousins.
