THOMSON, Ga. - Mrs. Rubye Arrington Schrader, age 97, widow of the late Mr. Carroll Schrader, entered into rest August 10, 2015, in Mt. Pleasant Alternative Living. Funeral services will be held 2 p.m., Wednesday, August 12, 2015 in the chapel of Thomson First Baptist Church with the Rev. David Lambert and Dr. Leonard Dupree officiating. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery. Mrs. Schrader was a native of Warren County, but had lived in Thomson for many years. She was retired from Thomson Company as an Office Manager, and a member of Thomson First Baptist Church, where she taught Sunday School and Pre-School. She was a McDuffie County Hospital Volunteer. Survivors include a nephew, Bobby Burgamy, Thomson; two great-nephews, Robby Burgamy and Jamey Burgamy, both of Thomson; three great-great-nephews, Allynn Burgamy, Austin Burgamy and Andy Burgamy, all of Thomson. Pallbearers will be deacons of Thomson First Baptist Church. The family will receive friends Wednesday, August 12, 2015 from 1 to 2 pm in the Chapel of Thomson First Baptist Church.
