NEW ELLENTON, S.C. - Mr. Seymour Danridge, age 59, 508 Long Street, passed away Friday, October 28, 2016 at Select Specialty Hospital, Augusta, GA. Funeral services will be held 1 PM, Saturday, November 5, 2016 at Zion Fair Missionary Baptist Church (Viewing 12 PM - 1 PM) with Rev. Christopher Holley officiating. Burial will follow in Southlawn Cemetery. Seymour was the son of Clifford and Dorothy Jackson Danridge. He was preceded in death by his father, Clifford Danridge and his brother, Alonzo Danridge while leaving to cherish his memory: his sons, Demetrius Andrades, Jarrett Danridge, and Andre Danridge; his mother, Dorothy Danridge; sisters, Esther (Donald) Taylor, Mary (Eric) Key, Connie Danridge, and Julie (Terence) Wiliams; brothers, Michael Danridge, Roderick (Monica) Danridge, and Marion Carter; seven grandchildren. He was a 1961 graduate of Martha Schofield High School, worked for Seminole Mill for nine years, was an employee of Fred Key Construction, was a self employed carpenter in Roofing Construction and was a New Ellenton Community Handyman. The family will receive friends at the New Ellenton Chapel Friday from 5-7 PM.
