JACKSON, S.C. - Mr. Tony Leroy Williams, 60, of Jackson, SC, went home to be with his Heavenly father on Saturday, November 29, 2014 after a long, hard struggle with cancer. SC Cremation Society, Lexington, is assisting the family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Juanita and MC Williams, Sr. and two brothers, Alan and Ricky Williams, all of Macon, GA and a stepson, Heath James of Augusta, GA. He is survived by his wife, Sandra Williams, Jackson, SC; two daughters, Monica Senn, Macon, GA and Heather Thompson, Augusta, GA; a son, Michael Bryson T. Williams, Columbia, SC; two sisters, Glenda Ricks, Dublin, GA and Patsy Sumlin, Jacksonville, FL and a brother, MC Williams, Jr., Macon, GA. He is also survived by five grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was a 32nd degree Mason and a Shriner in the York Temple. He served in the US Army during the Viet Nam era and then worked as a trucker for the last forty years, the last few with K C Transport. A private celebration of life service for family and friends will be announced at a later date and memorial donations may be directed to the Aiken County Animal Shelter, 333 Wire Rd., Aiken, SC 29801.
