AUGUSTA, Ga. - Robbie Sullivan, beloved husband of the late Helen Adams Sullivan went home to be with the Lord on Monday, November 2, 2015 at his home. Funeral services will be held from the chapel of Chance & Hydrick Funeral Directors this Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at 3:00 P.M. with the Reverend Dewain French and Brian Plyler officiating. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park with military honors. Mr. Sullivan, was a native of Camden, SC and the son of the late Frank Gary and Verda Shirley Sullivan. Mr. Sullivan retired following twenty four years of service in the U.S. Army. He also retired from Sunbelt Nissan. Mr. Sullivan was a Christian, a devoted husband and a loving father. He will be greatly missed. He was preceded in death by his brother, Donald Sullivan; his sister Lucille Hames; and his sons-in-law, William Gregory and Sam Hogan. Survivors include his daughters, Brenda S. Gregory and Frankie S. Hogan Lanham (Tommy); and his son, Robin E. Sullivan (Joyce); five grandchildren, Brian Plyler (Lisa), Cindy Taylor (Brandon), Sam Hogan, Jr., Robert Plyler and Kenneth Gregory; as well as six great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be his grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2:00 P.M. until the hour of the service at the funeral home.
