MARTINEZ, Ga. - Mr. Michael Dwane Key entered into rest on Tuesday, January 3, 2012, at his residence. He was a graduate of Lakeside High School and received a degree in Accounting from Augusta Technical College. Michael was a member of Trumpet In Zion Fellowship. He leaves to cherish fond loving memories with his parents, Dwane Key, Dallas, Tx., and Linda Key, Martinez, Ga.; sister, Shulindra Key, Martinez, Ga.; grandmother, Sarah Herrington, Millen, Ga.; aunts and uncles, Robert (Ruth) Herrington, Patricia Herrington, Willie Mae (David) Walker, Joyce Martin, all of Millen, Ga., Elease Herrington, Waynesboro, Ga., Ethel (Roy) Streetman, Augusta, Ga., Bernice (Troye) Edwards, Riverdale, Ga., Joe Evans, Sandersville, Ga., Timothy (Janice) Evans, Ft.Hood, Tx., Stephon (Josphine) Parker, Ft.Benning, Tx., a host of cousins, other relatives and friends. A devoted friend who was like a brother, Damaris Harden. Funeral service will be 11:00 am, Saturday, January 7, 2012, at Trumpet In Zion Fellowship, 825 Laney-Walker Blvd., with Pastor David Kingcannon, officiating. Interment will follow in Belcher Cemetery, Millen, Ga. The family will receive friends this evening (Friday) from 7 to 8:00 pm at Kinsey & Walton Funeral Home, 3618 Peach Orchard Road, Augusta.
