Terrelle Suggs

1996 - 2017

Terrelle was born on March 31, 1996 in Naperville, Illinois to Ayanda Suggs and Marvin Dean. He transcended time on January 14, 2017. Terrelle AKA "Mister" was a very caring, loving, smart young man and known for his great bright smile. In his own quiet, special way he brought so much light and love to everyone who knew him. Growing up on the west side of Aurora, he attended and graduated from West Aurora High School - Class of 2014. Because of the closeness of his twin sister, Cherrelle, they both journeyed off to Iowa Wesleyan in the fall of 2014. After two semesters at Iowa Wesleyan, he made the decision to return to Aurora to be closer to his mother and family, attending Waubonsee Community College starting the fall of 2015 majoring in Sports Medicine. "Mister" enjoyed life - taking a special interest in dressing fashionably at all time, easily picking up on lyrics to many songs, playing video games, and going 'live' on Facebook. Terrelle will forever be a precious memory and in the hearts of his mother, Ayanda 'Mook" Suggs; father, Marvin Dean; siblings - twin sister, Cherrelle Eve Suggs, sister, Channel (Solomon) Strickland, brother, Marquette Price; grandfathers, James Ural (Loretta) Suggs and Lester Faulkner; grandmother, Francene Dean; aunts and uncles, Harvey (Crystal) Smith, Wesley (Karen) Marshall, Jr.,Lannette Duany-Smith Veda 'Inkey' Smith, Chris House, Kevin (Dameta) House, Mae Dean, Charlene Dean, Anita Dean; Godmother, Kenyota Rodgers-Cooper; God-sister, TaMia Scales; and a host of great aunts and uncles, cousins and friends. Preceding him in death and welcoming him to his eternal home with our Heavenly Father were his brother, Troy Anthony Grimes; grandmother, Nellie Pearl Smith-Coble; uncle, Troy 'Wally' Smith; great grandparents, Lee A. and Eva Suggs, and great aunts and uncles. Visitation will be Friday January 20, 2017 at James Funeral Service, from 5-8 pm. Funeral service will be Saturday January 21, 2017 at St. John AME Church, 2950 Bilter Drive, Aurora with visitation beginning at 10am, funeral follows at 11am. Interment will be in Spring Lake Cemetery. James Funeral Services is serving the family.
