Joan, Jonathan, and Lindsay, please accept our deepest condolences. I had the great opportunity to learn to know Tom at Cat when I came in 2004. Tom was a "doer" and we worked together in a lot of different projects in our team. He always found a way to fix what was needed to get done fast!
Linsay and Tom visit Irma and I in Sweden on their trips and it was so nice to be able to show them around and host them here.
At ConExpo this year, Tom and I got time to chat and share our thoughts on life and how we were doning. he was so optimistic on the future and enjoyed what he was involved in after retirement.
I really miss Tom and it really came as a shock to me.
You are all in our thoughts!

Joan, Jonathan, and Lindsay, I remember your father and your family with much fondness when you were at Freeman School. Joan, you and your husband were such wonderful and supportive parents of your children and all the children who went to school there. What great members of the PTA you were. Please accept my deepest feelings of sadness at the loss of husband and father.

Our families touched each other in many ways. Marti was the Learning Center Director for Johnathon in his 5th grade. Glenn introduced him to barbershop singing. Tom and Glenn collaborated many times while working in Business Innovations at Caterpillar. We love you all dearly and pray that your road ahead be blessed.
