Mann, Warren L.
passed away peacefully Thursday, January 31, 2013. Warren was born in Kankakee, Illinois on December 27, 1920 to Clarence and Vera Mann. During the course of his long and happy life, Warren served as a Communication Specialist in the 85th Signal Company of the United States Army in WWII; he fought in Tunisia, North Africa, and in Italy in the battles for Naples, Foggia, Rome, Arno and the North Appenines. Upon discharge, he joined his family in Salmon, Idaho where he met and married the love of his life, Elsie Infanger. Warren and Elsie moved to Denver, Colorado where they both graduated from University of Denver, he as an Accountant. They moved to Arizona in 1952, where he joined ASARCO as an accountant and he would spend over 30 years working in such places as Silverbell and Sahuarita, Arizona, and Deming and Bayard, New Mexico, ending in the corporate office in Tucson. Elsie preceded him in death almost 2 years to the day, after 65 years of marriage. He was also preceded by his brother Howard, and his sister Elvena. He is survived by his son Lyle W. Mann (Becky), granddaughter Andrea Ramos (David), two Great Grandchildren (Celina and Dominic) and his sister Marge Garvin (Thorton). A Visitation will be held at Carr-Tenney Mortuary, 2621 S. Rural Rd., in Tempe at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2013 with the Funeral Service to follow beginning at 12:00 noon. The Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Arrangements are being held under the direction of Carr-Tenney Mortuary in Tempe. Condolences and memories for the family may be left at www.carrtenneymortuary.com.

Lyle,
I am so sorry to read of the passing of your dear Father. I have wonderful memories of both your Mom and Dad, they were such dear friends to my parents and I will always be grateful for that special bond. They had wonderful times in Pinetop, we loved the "cocktail hour", sharing many laughs. Your Dad was a rock, just like mine.
