Tucker, Patricia
Patricia Scott Tucker, 79, died Sunday Sept. 8, 2013 in Phoenix,AZ. She was born Jan. 23, 1934 in Newton, Kansas and has called Phoenix home since 1968. Patricia received her BA in education from Denver University in 1956 and later received a Masters degree from Arizona State University. She taught elementary and special education before retiring from the Scottsdale School District after teaching for 40 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Gertrude Scott. She is survived by her son, Steven Lee Tucker and wife Mary; grandsons Garrett and Mason; her sister Janet Kannenberg and husband Konrad; her sister Shirley Taylor and husband Donald; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins, step grandchildren and step great grandchildren. Patricia was a devoted mother and sister and will be greatly missed by all her friends and family. Memorial
services will be held on Sept. 23, 2013 at 11 am at the Word of Abundant Life Christian Center located at: 6849 W. Indian School Road, Phoenix, AZ, 85033. Funeral services entrusted to Advantage Maryvale Mortuary.
