Perkins, Dr. Gerald A.
75, passed away on March 25, 2013. He was born April 8, 1937 to Theodore and Anna Perkins in Swanton, Ohio. Gerry was an alumni of the University of Michigan
and graduated in 1967 from K.C.O.M., in Kirksville, MO. He practiced family medicine in Delta, Ohio for 9 1/2 years, generously treating his patients with loving devotion and dedicated care. Gerry retired in 2009 from his Ophthalmology practice in Carefree, AZ. He will forever be remembered for his easy smile, wry sense of humor, tenacious, vibrant personality, and staunch devotion to the Michigan Wolverines. Gerry will especially be remembered for his quest of academic achievement and thirst for knowledge. He was preceded in death by his parents, his devoted wife, Mary, brother, Robert, sisters, Jackie, Barbara and Mary. Surviving are his daughter, Elizabeth Wyse (Tom), granddaughters, Amanda Wyse, Abbey (Mike) Jiles, and 2 great grandsons, Aidan Wyse and Auliver Jiles, sisters, Dorothy Miller, Doris Cleghorn, Sue (Louis) Brock, Betty (Ray) Kolodziejczyk and their extended families.
