Linton, Jack W.
age 50, passed away peacefully on Thursday, November 1, 2012, at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ. He was born April 15, 1962, at St Joseph's Hospital in West Bend, WI, to John W. Linton and Gladys E. Linton. He attended Plymouth and Sheboygan North High Schools. He was a 1989 graduate of Lakeshore Technical College. Jack went on to graduate from the University of Phoenix with an associate's degree. Jack was an assistant teacher at Amy Houston Academy in Phoenix, AZ where he made lifelong relationships with many teachers and students. Jack had a contagious sense of humor, a generous and giving heart. He was a loyal friend and brother. If you needed help, he was there at a drop of a hat. He enjoyed rock climbing, NASCAR, football and the outdoors. He is greatly missed by many. He is survived by his father, John W. Linton; four sisters, Elaine Krawczyk, Christina Amdahl, Sherry Linton, Brenda Linton; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jack was preceded in death by his mother, Gladys E. Linton, sister, Sally O'Steen, and nephew, Nicholas Krawczyk. Memorial services will be held on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 5:00 pm at Way of Life Church, 5802 S. 15th Ave., Phoenix, AZ with Pastor Burke Montoya officiating. The family will greet friends at the church at the time of service. A Memorial Service will also be held at a future date in Wisconsin. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been set up in Jack's name.
