James Bloom

Bloom, James
79, of Phoenix passed away on February 18th 2014. Born Feb 6, 1935 in Mankato, Minnesota; raised in Michigan, Jim graduated from Ottawa University, KS where he met & married his first wife Beverly Rhodes. Moving to Phoenix in 1959 they started a family raising 3 children. Jim was a branch manager & regional commercial loan officer with First National Bank of AZ, eventually retiring from Wells Fargo. He later had a second wife Glatha Smith to whom he was married until her passing in 1996. He served in the Army, was a member of the Lions Club, avid Sun Devil, loved family, traveling, camping & fishing. He is survived by his children- Michael, Sheryl, Nance, Suzy, Darcy & Kevin; 8 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren; & his two brothers Wilbur and David.
