Age 77, of Phoenix, AZ, peacefully passed away Thursday, December 6, surrounded by his loving family. Born December 5, 1935, Norristown, PA; son of the late John J. Walsh and Margaret (Kearns) Walsh. Served his country, consecutively wearing uniforms of the U. S Marine Corps and Navy. Retired inspector, State of Arizona. Survived by: his loving wife of 54 years, Elizabeth (nee Gaasche) Walsh, his three sons, Tim of Phoenix, AZ, Mike of Carefree, AZ, Jim of California, MD, his daughter, Mary Beth (Walsh) Keyser of Schwenksville PA, and seven grandchildren he dearly loved. Favorite pastimes included camping with cherished friends in Rocky Point, golfing, fishing, and yearly summer trips to the Jersey Shore. He will be sorely missed by family and friends. A celebration of Jim's life will be held at 11:30 am, Monday, December 17, 2012, Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale, AZ 85254. Interment will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the , P.O.
