Thompson, Jennie A.
91, passed away on Sunday, March 23, 2014 at her home in Scottsdale, Arizona. She was born in Fairfield, Idaho on June 12, 1922 to Bert and Jennie L. Cox and was the eighth of their 13 children. Jennie was a loving Sister, Mother, Grandmother and Great grandmother and a devoted friend. She was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was married in the Mesa Temple in 1959 to William G. Thompson. Her husband and two grandsons preceded her in death. She is survived by daughters Barbara L. Haggard (Walter) of Utah, Deana Croft (Richard)of Scottsdale, son, Michael D. Seidel (Paula) of Payson, Az, and 10 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren, 3 great, great grandchildren and her brother, Howard Cox of Salem Oregon. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 29th at 11:00a.m. at
Messinger Indian School Mortuary, 7601 E. Indian School Rd. Visitation will be at the funeral home at 10:00a.m. on Saturday. Interment will be Monday March 31st at 10:30a.m. at the National Memorial Cemetery, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix.
