Mary Ann Prust, loving wife, grandmother and great grandmother passed away December 15, 2012 at Friendship Village Hospice in Tempe, Arizona. She was born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin to Helen and Clinton Dodge on November 7, 1925. She graduated from Chippewa Falls High School, Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin and received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and a Master's degree from Arizona State University. She taught Home Economics in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Phoenix, Arizona and was Department Chair at McClintock High School in Tempe, Arizona. Mary Ann married Zenas A. "Zeke" Prust in 1947 and moved to Arizona in 1955. During the years, she was active in the Eastern Star, Junion Women's Club, P.E.O., Assistance League of the East Valley, Phi Epsilon Omicron, SMA, ASU Faculty Wives, church and educational groups. Mary Ann is survived by her beloved husband of 65 years. She is also survived by her sister Patricia (Richard) Roen. She also leaves her two sons, Randall (Susan) S. Prust, M.D. and Donald (Tammy) L. Prust and her grandsons, Justin (Kelley) Prust, Steven Prust, and Brandyn (Cori) Prust. Mary Ann is survived by one great-grandson, Seth. She enjoyed entertaining, cooking, reading, sewing, needle point work, playing bridge, golf and being with people. Celebration of Life will be held at the Tempe First United Methodist Church, 215 East University Drive, Tempe, AZ on January 19, 2012, at 10:00am, and at 11:30am, a reception will be held at Friendship Village Skirm Auditorium at 2645 East Southern Avenue, Tempe, AZ 85282.
