Orvil H. Brown

Brown, Orvil, H.
92 of Phoenix, passed away on November 9, 2013. at his home, surrounded by his loved ones. Orvil enlisted in the U.S. Army in 1942 and served in Normandy, France. He was an X-Ray Tech 3 Staff Sgt. and recieved an EAME Campaign Medal with two Bronze Stars,WWII Victory Medal, and Good Conduct Medal. He is now reunited with his bride, Doris, of 66 years, who passed away in 2008. He is survived by his son, Gary, and his daughter Sandra, along with 4 grandchildren, and 8 great-grandchildren. Visitation to be held, Friday, November 15, 2013 from 5-7:00 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary. Funeral Services, Saturday, November 16, 2013 at 1:00 p.m., Chapel of the Chimes Mortuary 7924 N.59th Ave., Glendale, AZ. Final interment to follow at Resthaven Park Cemetery, Glendale, AZ.
