Angier, Robert W.
With his children by his side, Robert W. Angier passed away peacefully at the age of 96 on 1/31/14. He was born in Storm Lake, Iowa and was a graduate of Buena Vista College. Drafted into the Army in WWII, he served in "G" Company of the 399th Infantry where he saw action in Germany before being honorably discharged with the rank of Captain. The family moved to AZ in 1962 where they remained until the move to Dallas in 2008. Bob was a generous and kind person, making strong friendships wherever he went. He always put family and friends above all else. He was preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Nova Baker Angier. He is survived by children, Barbara E. Angier, Robert J. Angier and Jan E. Angier. He will be remembered at a private memorial near his secret fishing hole in Oak Creek Canyon.
