Sladjana Tomich Laschober

Laschober, Sladjana Tomich
Sladjana "Johnni" Tomich Laschober died peacefully on December 8th, 2012 surrounded by her precious sons. She was born on July 11th, 1966 in Beograd, Yugoslavia to her loving parents, Milos and Suzana Tomich. She immigrated to the United States with her family in December 1968 where she completed her education through high school in Griffith, Indiana. Throughout her life she continued to have pride and respect for her Serbian heritage and traditions. She continued her education in Indiana and Arizona where she became a middle school teacher. Her final career was in accounting for a health care system. We will remember our "always sunny" Johnni for her inspiration, humor, love, and devotion for her sons, family, and many close friends. She touched our lives by living through the power of prayer and "paying it forward" to help others in need. Johnni is survived by her parents, Milos and Suzana Tomich, beautiful sister Dajana Tomich, her extended family, and four sons who will forever hold her in their hearts: Anthony, Jon, Zachary, and Jason Laschober. A celebration of her life will be held at 4:30 p.m. on December 13th at Tempe Mortuary, 405 E. Southern Avenue, with visitation one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the Sladjana Laschober Trust Fund at J.P. Morgan Chase Bank, established for the benefit of her sons.
