Kathleen Barnett Obituary

Barnett, Kathleen F.
Age 88, a resident of Albuquerque since 2010, passed peacefully on Tuesday, October 16, 2012. She was born and raised in West Virginia, moved to Ohio and raised her family and retired to Phoenix, AZ. She is survived by her three daughters; Ginger Russo (David Barnett, fiance) of Moriarty, NM, Betty Clark of Clarksburg, WV and Cheri (Ted) Parson of Albuquerque, NM; grandchildren, Roger (Michelle) Clark, Randi (George Skidmore) Clark, and Robert Clark, all of Clarksburg, WV, Sabina Clark of Dalton, Georgia, Michael Russo, Mary Parson and Jennifer (Buddy) McKown, all of Albuquerque, NM; great-grandchildren, Alexandra, Nathan, Tatty, Patrick, Erick and Derek Clark, Ryan and Zackary Blankenship of Clarksburg, WV, Tajah, Dejon and Jiyah Love, Micaela Russo and Jaiden McKown of Albuquerque, NM. Kathleen was preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Parker, on October 21, 2006. We are sure they are together holding hands and talking about their grandchildren again. Kathleen retired from Lake Local Schools, Uniontown, Ohio where she was a cafeteria worker and head baker for many years. Her cooking and baking skills will always be remembered by everyone who knew her, especially her Christmas cookies, oven fried chicken and fried apple pies. Graveside services will be held Thursday, October 25, 2012, 10:00 a.m., at Phoenix Memorial Park, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ with Pastor Scott Ritchey officiating.
