85, "went home" to be with his mom, dad, and youngest brother on March 15, 2016. During his final days he was surrounded by his family. Aubrey was born August 16, 1930 in Bee Branch Arkansas to Jasper Arron and Ova Anne Loyd. He attended Green Valley Tech High School in Paragould Arkansas. He continued his education at Arkansas State University with a BA in Science and Agriculture and MA in Agriculture from University of Missouri. After graduation Aubrey started his career with the Burlington Northern Railroad in the industrial real estate division in Chicago. After moving to Kansas City Missouri, he worked for North Kansas City Development Company which he developed their industrial real estate. In the 70's, Aubrey opened his own company, Creative Properties, which he developed over one million square feet of warehouse space in the Kansas City metro area. Over the years he owned multiple franchises and businesses in the Midwest. Aubrey was survived by his wife of 58 years, Margaret Loyd, his daughter Lisa Loyd of Scottsdale Arizona; his son Michael Loyd and daughter-in-law Anne Loyd of Queen Creek, and his grand children Annelise and Michael Andrew Loyd. Aubrey is also survived by his younger brother Audois Loyd of South Haven, Mississipi; and several nieces and nephews. He also will be missed by his two beloved dogs and his cat.
