08/12/1923 - 06/24/2014, formerly of Minneapolis, MN and Surprise, AZ; died of complications from Parkinson's Disease. Bradley graduated from the University of Minnesota after Army service in WWII. He was an elementary school teacher and a Principal in the Minneapolis School System. Besides teaching, Brad loved the game of golf. A quote from Arnold Palmer sums up both the game and Brad's nature; "success in the game depends less on strength of body than strength of mind and character." Bradley was preceded in death by his first wife, Lorraine Bentson, the mother of his children and an infant daughter Jana. Bradley is survived by his life partner of 32 years, Eve W. Evidon and children Scott Bentson (Linda), Beth Benson (Alan), Karen Bjerketvedt (Larry), and Amy Hanson. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. A celebration of Brad's life will take place in Minneapolis, MN later this summer. Donations in his memory may be made to the Parkinson's Disease Foundation or the Banner Sun Health Research Institute.
