Carl Bakkum Obituary
84, of Mesa, AZ , passed away on June 20, 2011. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy. A memorial service will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, Nov. 12, 2011 at the Venture Out Ballroom, 5001 E. Main St., Mesa, AZ. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Hospice of the Valley or Venture Out Memorial Fund.

Carl, you will be missed. We think of you daily while using your beautiful pens. Dorothy, we're sending love and hugs and remembering all the good times we had in Pinetop and when we rented a space in VO. Neil, we met you in Santa Fe for dinner with your folks. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Neil and Mark, i was afraid, when i received the message from Neil that our precious Carl had passed away. tried to call back on Carls phone as we do not have caller id. the obituary said the memorial service would be ???Nov 12th???, i hope that is correct and we will plan on being there. Your dad was a wonderful man and we loved him very much. our best to all of you.
