Fisher, Charles W.
passed away on November 2, 2015 in Mesa, AZ at the age of 83. Born in Bedford, PA on December 22, 1925, the son of the late Frank and Mary [Suhrie] Fisher. Survived by his brother John of Ellicott City, MD; daughter Nancy Morgan of Mesa, AZ; granddaughter Corie Spurgeon; nieces Nancy Smith, Jeanne Horne and June Smith and nephews John Francis and Tom Fisher. He was preceded in death by three brothers Lawrence, James and Edward Fisher. Charles served in the U.S. Army from March 3, 1944 to March 30, 1946 in the European Theater of Operations under General Eisenhower. He received a Bronze Star, Purple Heart and the Infantry Combat Badge. A visitation will be held from 11:00am - 3:00pm, Friday, November 6, 2015 at Mariposa Gardens Funeral Care, 400 S Power Rd, Mesa AZ. Arrangements entrusted to Mariposa Gardens (480) 830-4422
