Doris worked for Verde Valley School in admission and Alumni relations as an Administrative Assistant for 15 years. Ned and Doris were married 52 years before Ned passed away on January 12, 1999. Doris filled our lives with love, wisdom and humor and will be missed by her daughter, Barbara (Mike) Boyce, granddaughter Jenny (Kevin) Novellino all of Bay City, Michigan, sisters: Alice (Ernest) Johnson of Mesa, Arizona and Helen Hasselbach of Norwalk, Ohio; Sister-in-law: Louise Sutherland of Sedona, Arizona and eight nieces and nephews. Doris always saw and brought out the best in all of us. Memorial service and burial at the National Memorial Cemetery, Phoenix, Az. will take place at a later date.
