Elsie Rose Schutt (Timm) (Wade) (Sauve) 87, of Sun City, AZ passed away on March 12, 2016. Elsie was born at Sumner, Iowa on January 11, 1929 to Katherine and George Timm. She died on March 12, 2016 in Sun City, AZ. Elsie graduated from Sumner High School and married Harry Wade in 1946. She moved to Minnesota in 1950. She and Harry divorced in 1965. In April, 1970, she married George Sauve and had many happy years with him in Cloquet, Minnesota until his death in 1993. Elsie was active in the community including the Eagles Auxiliary, Women of the Moose, and Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary. Dear friends were many. In 1969 she opened, and for 30 years successfully operated, the retail store "Treasures of Beauty" in Superior, Wisconsin. She had great affection for her employees and customers growing quite close to many. Elsie met Walter J. Schutt in Sun City, Arizona marrying in 2002. She enjoyed many happy years living in Sun City with Walter until her death. During her Arizona years Elsie had a wide circle of friends whom she adored. Playing cards and other games with friends and family, engaging in impassioned discussion of political issues of the day, and staying connected by internet all brought her great joy. Frequent visits by children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and their families brought her immeasurable happiness. Elsie had and is survived by four children, Terry Wade (Bonnie Grzeskowiak), James Wade (Sandi), Todd Sauve (Deborah), and Tammy (Sauve) Lindstrand (Brian); three stepchildren, Jay Schutt (Maria), Allen Schutt (Kim), and Rebecca (Schutt) Gang (Phil); Grandchildren Chad Wade (Stacy), Lance Wade (Meredith), Coleen (Wade) Ghaffari (Kian), Laura Lindstrand (fiance Mark Siegle), Sarah Lindstrand, David Lindstrand, Jessica Sauve, and Zachary Sauve, step grandchildren Jamie Schutt and Skyler Schutt; and great grandchildren Olivia Wade, Caleb Wade, Juliet Wade, Maren Ghaffari, and Owen Ghaffari. She is also survived by sister Luella McClain, brother Lyle Timm (Linda), sisters-in-law Janice Braman and Marian Lenz and many nieces, nephews, and friends. A memorial service at Best Funeral Home, West Valley Chapel, 9380 West Peoria Avenue, Peoria, AZ will be on Thursday March 17th at 11am. Honorary guests will include Audrey and Joe Arpin, Joanne Bossick, Joyce Drane, Zelda Wallgren, Al and Molly Becker, Ralph and Aileen Holmes, Don and Ann Bledsoe, Pam and Gary Polo, Judy and Jim Schrey, Karen Boungiet, Pat Kelly, and Genny Patch. A grave side service at a future date will be held in Cloquet, Minnesota. Charitable contribution to charity of your preference rather than flowers please.
