Errigo, Faust "Fuzzy" Anthony
91, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on November 1, 2015. As a child, Faust arrived in Sunnyslope with his family from Pennsylvania due to his father's illness. He ran with a group of boys and they have remained friends and met together regularly every since. They called themselves the "Loyal Order of Desert Rats" or LODR, and were responsible for starting several youth organizations in the Sunnyslope area. Fuzzy was a founding member of the Sunnyslope Historical Society. He was a World War Two veteran stationed in Italy with the Army-Air Corp, a locksmith, and a letter carrier with the U.S. Postal Service for over 30 years. He is survived by Charlene Errigo, his wife of 40 years; his children Keith, Sharon, Vince, Mike, Cheryl, Martin and Kathleen, 13 grand children and 11 great grand children. A memorial service will be held at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, Friday, December 4, 2015 at 2 pm.
